Sam has been with My Clone since the beginning. First as on-call help and now as a full time business administrator. His amazing customer service personality, technical skills and keen ability to make anything happen for the clients he serves are perfect to serve those that choose to work with us.
Anna’s experience in running multiple businesses for 7+ years gives her an insight into what needs to be done for things to run smoothly. She specializes in making different software play nice with each other, whether it’s for automating workflows, creating sales funnels, or wrangling websites. Anna’s attention to detail will ensure that no steps are overlooked.
Jeff is our multi talented virtual assistant based in the Philippines. No job is too big or too small, Jeff gets it done. Jeff works on a different time schedule than us in the states so when we’re sleeping, he’s working, allowing maximum efficiency. Jeff specializes in data entry & all repetitive task
Kim is a talented copywriter with the skill to assemble words in an informative yet funny way. She’s been a part of the MCS team from the beginning. Her articles are useful for all applications from blogs and web content to newspapers and scripts. Whether you need an informative peice about your product or something more satirical to get a rise out of your audience, Kim gets the job done. Naomi has over 15 year’s financial experience and is a Certified Quickbooks Bookkeeper. Naomi ensures that our client’s goals, tasks and needs are met with creative strategies that allow them to be more productive in their day to day financial activities. With an understanding of general business and tax practices, Naomi will work directly with you and your CPA to ensure the worst times of the year are easy breezy!
Jane started out as our first VA. At that time she aspired to run her own VA staffing company so together we grew both My Clone Solution and VA House. Now she has expanded to several VAs and dozens of clients but still finds the time to find me the best VA in the Phlippines with whatever skillset out clients require. For Jayne’s team, payday is pizza party day. She treats her staff like family, giving me the peace of mind that our staff is happy and respected.
Jane McKenzie is our highly skilled real estate Clone. Jane comes to the table as a Graduate of the Realtor Institute with her Florida Real Estate License and is a PMP, project management professional. After 20 years in IT, Jane decided to apply her experience to the real estate industry. By utilizing her project management and tech skills, she makes the contract to close process easier and more efficient for Realtors and those buying or selling homes.
Julie loves helping business owners have a better relationship with bookkeeping and their finances. Julie has been a bookkeeper most of her adult life. She graduated from Penn State with a B.S. in Finance.
She worked for seven years with a CPA firm as their Quickbooks expert, trainer and bookkeeper. She is an advanced Quickbooks Certified Proadvisor. Those years gave her invaluable insight in knowing exactly what the CPA wants – especially at tax time. Julie has also completed the certification process with Profit First and has multiple clients using the Profit First system.
